End User License Agreement

The Focusy mobile application is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the terms of the Apple Standard EULA.

Subscription Terms

The Application offers optional in-app purchases (“Focusy Pro”) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings;
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application are owned by Sole Proprietor Lev Sergeevich Shilov and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
